Tee Grizzley is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He’s known for tracks like “First Day Out” and “No Effort”. His discography includes the albums Activated (2018) and Scriptures (2019), and the mixtapes My Moment (2017) and Still My Moment (2018). Grizzley was born Terry Sanchez Wallace on March 23, 1994, in Detroit, Michigan. His mother was locked up in 2011 and his father was killed in 2012. He was raised by his grandmother in the Joy Road neighborhood of West Detroit. Grizzley studied finance and accounting briefly at Michigan State University. He dropped out before completing a degree.

CAREER
Grizzley was drawn to music from an early age. He grew up listening to his grandmother’s R&B records. During middle school, he founded the group ‘AllStars Ball Hard’ with a few of his friends. Grizzley’s debut single “First Day Out” was released in November 2016. He wrote the song while he was behind bars. It was produced by Helluva. Activated, Grizzley’s debut studio album was released in May 2018 by Grizzley Gang and 300 Entertainment. It peaked at #10 on the Billboard 200 and #25 on the Canadian Albums chart. The tape was led by singles “Colors” and “Don’t Even Trip” featuring Moneybagg Yo. Guest appearances were made by Chris Brown, Lil Pump and YFN Lucci among others. Grizzley’s second mixtape, Still My Moment, dropped in November 2018. It climbed to #16 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

Grizzley’s sophomore album, Scriptures, premiered in June 2019. It was released by 300 Entertainment and featured production from Chopsquad DJ, ATL Jacob, and a few others. The album was executive-produced by Timbaland. Scriptures peaked at #20 on the Billboard 200 and #43 on the Canadian Albums chart. It spawned singles “God’s Warrior”, “Locked Up” and “Sweet Thangs.” Rappers YNW Melly and A Boogie wit da Hoodie were featured on the track “Young Grizzley World.”

PERSONAL
Tee Grizzley is about 6ft tall and he’s of African-American ancestry. His net worth is estimated at $1.5 million.
