GARDEN CITY, Idaho (CBS2) — A man robbed a Fred Meyer in Garden City at 7:35 p.m. Police hope someone will recognize him from security footage.

He was white, of average height and medium build, wearing a blue plaid shirt, grey hat, black sunglasses, khaki-colored shorts and a black and white sling on his left arm.

Police report he went to the customer service counter, said he was armed and demanded cash.

Police did not say how much the employee handed over.
