Lil Pump was born Gazzy Garcia on August 17, 2000, in Miami, Florida. His parents separated when he was 6-year old. He has an older half-brother. Garcia suffers from dyslexia. He was kicked out of school for fighting in the 10th grade. According to him, he was accepted into Harvard University but dropped out to save the rap game. The naming of his second album ‘Harverd Dropout’ was intentionally misspelled to prevent any legal issues.
