Genshin Impact offers a shedload of open-world activities that players can do to earn contrasting rewards, ranging from Adventurer's EXP, character EXP materials, mora and a few others. One of the activities in which many veteran players take part is farming Ley Line Outcrops.
Not every new player is aware of the Genshin Impact's Ley Line Outcrops and how they help in the long run. Its importance is something that you should know as early as possible.
In the wake of that, we have prepared a handy guide on Ley Line Outcrops that talks about the different Outcrops, how to unlock them, their location and why you should be farming them.
What are Ley Line Outcrops
Ley Line Outcrops are open-world challenges found in every nation of Teyvat. In these challenges, players have to complete a short skirmish to earn character experience materials, adventure EXP, and Mora — depending on the Ley Line Outcrop.
There are two types of Ley Line Outcrops, Blossom of Wealth and Blossom of Revelation.
Completing a Blossom of Wealth challenge rewards players with Mora. Meanwhile, a Blossom of Revelation challenge rewards players with character EXP materials.
How to unlock Blossom of Wealth
Players can unlock Blossom of Wealth Ley Line Outcrop by reaching AR 12. If you are a new player and don’t know how to level up your Adventure Rank faster, follow our in-depth guide on the same.
How to unlock Blossom of Revelation
Players can unlock Blossom of Revelation Ley Line Outcrop by reaching AR 8.
Where to find Blossom of Wealth and Blossom of Revelation
So far, every nation in Genshin Impact offers one Blossom of Wealth and Blossom of Revelation challenge. Once players complete any of the two challenges and revitalize the outcrop using Original Resin or Condensed Resin, another will respawn in the nearby area.
To get the exact location of a Ley Line Outcrop, open the world map and look for bluish or golden cloud icons. The blue ones represent the Blossom of Revelation, and the golden ones represent the Blossom of Wealth.
Why you should farm Ley Line Outcrops
In the early game, we don't recommend Genshin Impact players to farm Artifacts. Players can use their resins to farm a few character & weapon ascension materials. But, using it to farm Ley Line Outcrops will help you hoard Mora and character EXP materials. It will come in handy in the end game when you have decent five-star and four-star characters to build.
You can give a counter statement that why not farm artefacts and use them to level up late-game artefacts. Well, that is fine. You can also go with that strategy. But, keep in mind, levelling up characters or their talents requires a lot of Mora and EXP materials.
